Shipping Policy  

 

  • Delivery charges 200/- in All over the Pakistan.
  • Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Main cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan, Lahore etc.) are delivered within 3-4 working days.  For Remote areas, 4-5 working days. Delivery may be subject to the availability of stocks and payment authorizations. No International orders taken at this point. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
  • Every order will be confirmed over a telephone call or by email or what’s app before dispatch.
  • The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • hangout can offer “Cash Refund”or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
  • A “Refund” may only be issued if:
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
  • Hangout has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock,
  • Pictures shown on the website and real Product are 100% same however due to studio light the real product colors may very compare to digital shoot picture
  • Garment products purchased from  hangout.com.pk can be exchanged or return within a week time (07 Days Period) only if:
  • There is any defect in the Item(s) at the time of delivery. The wrong item are delivered, or product faulted, Wronged size,  And should not be used garments) you can return or exchange within a (07 Days) ,
  • If: you can change the size or article (Customer will have to pay the shipping charges for return and  will be charged Rs.400, (these are services charges)
  • All size chart and details available on website. For future more detail our customer service to guide you.
  • In case (the Articles delivered wrong from our side, and if there is any issue or founded defected then we will arrange the pick-up and replace you. (you don’t pay anything)
  • Sale items and Deals Offer will not be Exchanged / Return or Refunded

Online Payment:

You can pay by Bank Transfer / Jazz cash / Easy paisa

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment has been dispatched you cannot cancel your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
